You will receive a confirmation with all package details and available dates.
Make the deposit payment to securely confirm your reservation.
We will send you all necessary documentation and travel details. Finally, you will receive access to a private area where you can manage all permits, documentation, and necessary procedures.
A 100% deposit of the daily rate secures your reservation. In case a hunt is canceled, we reserve the right to refund the deposit only if the reservation can be filled. The balance of the hunt must be paid on the last day of the safari. Final payments for hunted animals and missed shots must be made in cash, electronic transfer, or traveler's checks at the end of the safari.
We accept bank transfers, credit or debit card payments, online payments with Stripe, Bizum, and payment financing options. All payments are secure and protected.
Deposit
A 100% deposit of the daily rate is required to confirm the reservation. Bank transfers are accepted.
Outstanding Balance
The outstanding balance of 50% is paid upon arrival at the camp. Bank transfers are accepted.
Final Payment
The remaining payment is made at the end of the hunt. Bank transfers are accepted.
In case of circumstances beyond our control, this price list is subject to change. Although we take all reasonable precautions and care, we are not responsible for any accident, physical or material injury, delays, irregularities, loss or theft of luggage or personal effects, nor for any other damage of any nature that may occur during the safari or in transit.
These safari programs are not a contractual document, nor are they a package travel contract. This company acts as a representative and the programs are prepared solely for informational purposes. Prices may vary, without prior notice, for reasons beyond the control of our company.
